Office 365 has two tools, PowerApps and Flow, for powerful business process automation. PowerApps is designed for power users to create, connect and share business forms and apps with your business and users. With Flow you can create powerful workflows between your apps and services, such as SharePoint, to get notifications, schedule meeting in Exchange, synchronize files and collect data. Once you start using PowerApps and Flow, you will find it difficult to want to use SharePoint Designer and InfoPath any longer. These two technologies have matured well beyond what SharePoint Designer and InfoPath can do. We will take a look into the capabilities of PowerApps and Flow and demonstrate how to address the complex business processes faced by today’s businesses and users.
