Do you want to protect your confidential data in SharePoint Online from unauthorized users and share it with only the people you want? Microsoft has the solution you are looking for and it is available in Office 365. Enforce your organization's policies and decide how you want to disseminate your sensitive data by deploying the Azure Rights Management Service (RMS) and the Information Rights Management (IRM) feature. It's your data so you should decide whether you want to prevent users from copying, editing, printing, or saving a local copy of the document; or you may choose to apply additional restrictions.
Session takeaways:
1. Familiarize yourself with the various IRM-related terminologies.
2. Learn how Azure RMS works behind the scenes.
3. Understand the process of activating RMS.
4. Walk through the step-by-step procedure for configuring the IRM policies to secure your sensitive data in lists and libraries.
This session is intended for SharePoint Administrators, Site Administrators, Site Owners, Power Users, Developers, Project Managers and End Users.
