Listed below are the benefits each sponsor will receive at a given sponsor level. Please note that the number of sponsors listed for each level is a total, and does not signify availability. Benefits that have an asterisk placed at the end of the description have a detailed notes section following the summary table. 



Prize sponsors are required to provide a $250 min. (prefer $500) prize to be given away during the closing ceremony prize drawing.


Event Sponsors are generally responsible for planning and funding one (1) of the specific events defined below.  Sponsors for specific events will be determined on a "first come, first served" basis.  As an event sponsor, you will have all of the benefits defined in the matrix above. Additionally, you will have the unfettered ability to promote your company, products and/or services before and during the event that you are sponsoring.  Event sponsors will work with SPS-Denver staff to determine budget, location and other logistics around the event to ensure its success for both the sponsor and the attendees.  Registration for the events will be handled by SPS Denver. 

  • ShareSki  - Sunday , January 18th Ski event  (location TBD, cost based on number or registrants) .  Event Sponsor to cover cost (or partial cost) of lift tickets and group transportation to and from the location.
  • SharePint Saturday – Saturday, January 17th happy hour event. Event sponsor responsible for providing reasonable location and nominal budget for beverages during the event
  • Speaker Dinner – Friday, January 16th dinner event for all SPS-Denver speakers and other invited attendees.  Event sponsor to be responsible for providing dinner and reasonable beverage allowance at location TBD
  • Speaker Lounge & Gifts – Provide snacks, drinks and lunch for speakers in the speaker lounge during the event and also provide contribution towards speaker gifts.



If guaranteed by your sponsorship level, you will be provided a specific number of guaranteed presenter slots for the event.  All presentations need to be submitted along with the normal SharePoint Saturday submission process. The SPS Denver speaker selection committee will have final review/approval privileges for the specific presentations and content.  SPS Denver is a technical, community driven event and the presentations are expected to be technical or informational in nature and should NOT be a direct product/services sales pitch to attendees.   Any submitted presentations deemed "too pitchy" by the SPS Denver speaker selection committee may cause a loss of the speaker slot to a more qualified presentation.


The number shown in the matrix above defines the number of non-presenters a sponsor may register for the speaker dinner (in addition any potential speakers from the sponsor company)


The sponsor areas will be provided with a table and 2 chairs. Standing exhibits may be placed on the floor behind or in front of your table, not beside it, and may not be placed in such a way as to impede foot traffic.


The benefit will allow sponsors to place signage and other marketing materials (data sheets, flyers, hand-outs, etc) at specific locations throughout the event.  These locations are dependent on the level of sponsorship and logistics of the conference locations and will be determined in by SPS Denver staff in advance of the event and in conjunction with the sponsors


SPS Denver will provide a large display screen in the main vendor/sponsor area that will display a looping slide show throughout the event.

Platinum and Gold level sponsors will have dedicated slides (number determined by sponsorship level) to display their specific product or services.  Silver and Event sponsors will be able to have their logos placed on a single combined slide with all other sponsors of the same sponsorship level.

We will be accepting electronic collateral for all sponsorship levels to be placed on the USB memory stick given to each attendee. Each sponsor will be given a folder on the root of the USB key's file system, in which all files for a given sponsor will be placed. Limits for total file size per sponsor will be available at a later date.

Platinum and Gold sponsors may provide collateral for inclusion in attendee bags, and may also have any collateral they deem necessary on their sponsor table.


Please return a signed copy of the order form on the next page. Once we have received your signed form, we will send an invoice for payment. All invoices will be due 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of your sponsorship.

NOTE: All sponsorships will be accepted on a first come-first served basis. In the event that a sponsorship level sells out, all signed submittals for that level that arrive on the sell-out day prior to 5:00PM MST will be placed into a random drawing. Submittals will be drawn at random until the sponsorship level is full, at which time any remaining submitters will be notified that the sponsorship level is full.
